Under the AP RTE Admission 2025-26 initiative, every child in Andhra Pradesh between the ages of 6 and 14 is guaranteed free and compulsory education as a fundamental right, as mentioned in Article 21A of the Indian Constitution introduced through the 86th Amendment Act, 2009. The program ensures that children from economically weaker and marginalized communities receive free quality education. School Management Committees (SMCs) oversee its implementation in government schools and ensure that all enrolled children avail free education. Private unaided schools are ordered to reserve 25% of their seats for these students and admit them without any fee. To maintain high standards and monitor all aspects of elementary education, the National Commission for Elementary Education has been set up, which focuses on quality, access, and equity of education across the state.

The main objective of the Andhra Pradesh Right to Education Admission 2025-26 scheme is to make sure every child in Andhra Pradesh, especially those from economically weaker section and disadvantaged families, gets free education between the ages of 6 and 14.
AP RTE Admission 2025-26 scheme give chance to study form weaker poor section kids to study in a good school without paying any fees. This ensure private schools must save 25% of their seats for these children. Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant age must be 6 to 14 years.
- The applicant families with an annual income not exceeding Rs. 1,20,000 in rural areas or Rs. 1,44,000 in urban areas.
- Priority is given to orphans, HIV-affected children, children with disabilities, and those from SC, ST, OBC, or minority communities.
- The applicant must be belong to Andhra Pradesh

How To Apply Or Login In – AP RTE Admission 2025
Step 1: First of all you have to go to its official website, the link of which has been given to you.
Step 2: After going to the website, its home page will open on the screen than click on login option.
Step 3: When you click on login option , a new page will open on your display in which you have to enter your password and registered user name.
Step 4: After that you have to click on Register Account and enter the captcha code and click on the button of Sign In. In this way you will be login in to the its official website.
Step 5: When you login to its official website, you have to come to the home page of its office website. After coming on it, you have to click on the option of Apply Now.
Step 6: A new page will open on your screen in which you have to file all your details which have been asked in it and upload or attached your necessary documents in it .
