EWS Awas Yojana की पात्रता क्या है?

(1) आवेदक को आवेदन पत्र के साथ 7,500 रुपये (पूरे सात हजार पांच सौ रुपये) की जमा राशि का भुगतान करना होगा।
आवेदक को नगर निगम द्वारा अधिसूचित होने पर सफल “ड्रा” के तीन महीने के भीतर घर की कुल लागत का कम से कम 20% (आवेदन के साथ भुगतान की गई जमा राशि को छोड़कर शेष राशि) का भुगतान करना होगा शेष 80% समान दस (10) किस्तों (एक वर्ष में कुल राशि का लगभग 80%) का भुगतान समय-समय पर अहमदाबाद नगर निगम को किया जाएगा,
इसके अलावा रखरखाव जमा और अन्य शुल्क अंतिम किस्त के साथ भुगतान किया जाएगा। शेष 80% राशि का भुगतान उसी बैंक में करना होगा जहां 20% राशि आवेदक द्वारा जमा की गई है।
आवास योजना का निर्माण पूरा होने के बाद दस्तावेजी प्रक्रिया पूरी होने और घर की निर्धारित पूरी लागत का भुगतान करने के बाद ही आवेदक को आवंटित आवास का कब्जा सौंपा जाएगा।
परिवार के सभी सदस्यों को मिलाकर कुल वार्षिक आय 3,00,000 रुपये से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
इस योजना के लिए जहां भी परिवार का उल्लेख किया गया है। वहां, परिवार का अर्थ स्वयं, किसी का जीवनसाथी और उसके अविवाहित बच्चे हैं।
परिवार का एक वयस्क सदस्य जिसके पास भारत में कोई पक्का घर या ज़मीन का प्लॉट नहीं है, वह अपनी वैवाहिक स्थिति की परवाह किए बिना पीएमएवाई योजना के तहत आवास का हकदार है।
आवेदन पत्र में फोटो अपलोड करना होगा।
एक्सचेंजों के अनुसार आरक्षित श्रेणी के लिए मकानों के आवंटन के लिए आरक्षण निम्नानुसार आवंटित किया जाता है।
