If all members of the group are women, CIS will be funded at 50%, with a limitation of 50 lakh.

4. Family Limit: The maximum assistance allowed is for a single business owner or family. The cost of the project does not include the cost of infrastructure.

5. Family Definition: As per the Odisha Public Distribution system order of 2016, a family is defined as a unit comprising a person, their spouse, unmarried children, married sons, and dependent parents.

6. Declaration of Subsidy: The business owner must self-declare that none of their family members have received a subsidy under this program.

7. Rental Agreement: The business owner must enter into a legally binding contract to rent the space for a minimum of five years, which can be used for business purposes.
